Chris Warren
Founder & Advisor
Chris Warren reported live from the eyewall of Hurricane Helene, a Category 4 storm at landfall as part of The Weather Channel’s Emmy Award-winning breaking news team. That moment was the product of more than two decades of learning to communicate clearly when everything around you feels like chaos.
As a national on-camera meteorologist, Chris spent over 15 years at The Weather Channel, with additional appearances on network news programs including on CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNBC, and CNN.
His work involved live studio and field coverage of major natural disasters, where communication accuracy, timing, and trust were critical.
That experience shaped his focus on judgment under uncertainty, how leaders communicate when information is incomplete and stakes are real.
